Soon it was time for Vitesse to have all her repairs carried out. She was maneuvered across the canal and just as before, drawn from the water, but this time with one major difference. She rolled out of the water and into a huge hangar like shed. It was getting much colder outside now, so working indoors was a lot more pleasant for the staff. I however had to live aboard during this work, having nowhere else to go. That proved to be an adventure in itself...
